Anette lives with her father Rodolphus Lestrange her father is not crazy like people think, in fact he is very loving/ he was in love with her mother before she went crazy/ the day after bella gave birth to anette she went on a murder spree which got her in askaban for life.
the reason why she goes by her middle name is because her father gave her that name ,her mother gave her first name it reminds her of her mother she hated her mother for leaving her. She had her father and she loved her father very much but it wasn't the same as motherly love.
