~     We met on the day of our wedding. I can't remember how it got to this point; I was standing in front of a large door wearing a white wedding dress with a tight bow around my waist, my hair was done up beautifully, and I wore gobs of make up. My mother handed me a bonnet of white roses with tears running down her face. My father was standing beside me and locked his arm around mine. 
     "Don't try to run away, Amee," He warned. The flowers in my other hand trembled as I was, fear and anger surged through my body. I didn't want to get married, let alone to someone I didn't know. 
     The large church doors swung open, and they opened to a whole different world then the one I would have expected to be in. . .
