Ember finds herself in a strange new place with no memory of how she arrived. Only that she doesn't belong here and the world she once knew has vanished. Thrown into the abyss, she finds herself facing a decision. All she can remember is a vision of her father, reaching for her in the distance as her world fades to black.

Will she ever return home? Is all lost? Will she ever see her father again? What is this pull she feels and why does she feel the need to leap towards it?

All will be revealed in time, with the help of the Dancing Flame.
