5510 Mackleberry Lane is about couples that live in a quiet suburban neighborhood in New Hampshire. Their neighborhood consist of 10 nuclear families.

As the husbands go to work everyday and the children go to school, the wives have coffee klatches, un errands and take care of the home.

As time goes on one of the wives is missing and families come together to find her. In the meantime, the children are asking questions, how to tell them a way they would comprehend is challenging.

It would be determined who would be responsible for the children, answering their many questions pertaining to the missing mom.
