The Draconic Rider in UA( kamen rider oc x mha )

Dart Drusilla was an American teenager who loved the anime my hero academia and the tokusatsu kamen rider. He loved kamen rider so much he made his own kamen rider oc's. His favorite being kamen rider draconic who has the power of dragons. He always wished he had the powers of the oc but it never came to reality. One day while drawing new forms for his rider a bright white light appeared in his room and suddenly he was transported to dark room where riders of the past told he was worthy to become a kamen rider. They gave him the draconic driver that he designed, changed his apperence to be more athletic and strong. They them told him that they had to send him to another universe of his choice so he could protect it. He chose the universe of my hero academia. He was transported to the world during the USJ event.
