Dear Journal,
People are disappearing. It's been happening for months now, but now it's happening more frequently. Not only people in L'Manburg, but even people from The Badlands and the outskirts of the country have disappeared. Nobody knows who or what is doing this, and I'm terrified for my friends' lives. Every day when I wake up, a new missing person's file is reported to King Eret. It's terrifying, and I don't know how to keep the people safe.
I've also been getting these excruciatingly painful migraines every night before I go to sleep. It only happens when I'm half-conscious, about to drift to sleep. Though I'm barely awake, I can feel the pain surging through my head. It hurts so bad, but it doesn't wake my body up. For some reason, it almost helps me sleep.
The migraines spawn these disgustingly detailed dreams about these disappearances. Sometimes I see myself committing violent acts against the people who've gone missing. It's torture for me, and I don't know how to stop it. I may consult with Wilbur tomorrow for some potions for better sleep.
That's all for tonight, I can already feel the beginning of the soon-to-be migraine as I grow tired. I'll head to bed now.

What happens when that nightmare becomes a personified being who seeks wrath on everything that its host loves?

No longer updating any of my books My eyes flew open, and I saw that I was laying on top of the male. Heat rose in my face. I immediately sat up, and scooted away from him. Despite wearing the mask, which I would've thought would be really uncomfortable to sleep in, I could hear his breathing. A few moments after the warmth of my body left his side, Dream stirred awake. I grabbed my phone and looked at the time. '2:45 am? Jesus I am going to feel awful later.' I thought to myself. I looked over and the male was stretching in a half yawn. "I can set up the guest bedroom for you, if you don't feel like driving to your place." I offered with a yawn. "I think I'll call an uber, and get one of my guys to drive my car to my place later." 'It was dark outside by now, and Dream could hear the sounds of monsters roaming the surface. He shivered and grabbed his stone sword a little tighter. He's safe in here... nothing can hurt him... right? A too close for comfort zombie groan made him press more into the corner of his hideout. What he wouldn't give to be back home again, just recording with his friends and having fun in the streams they do together or have patches curl up against his side. He would prefer almost anything over the situation he's in right now. One wrong move and his life would be over. He hates it here. He just wants to go home. Please.' ---- Hey! I did something similar to this for a German story I published like two years ago, so I figured, why not do it in English too? So here goes nothing! This will be a long one! Also, I already want to apologize for not writing the characters 'realistic' enough at some points. I mainly watch Philza and Techno, so everyone else is a bit... unknown to me? Like of course I watch Tommy Videos or Dream Manhunt and all that, but that's about it. When Dream feels his heart rate speed up at the end of George's Livestream, he knows he's too far gone. "This feels so wrong," George says and repeats. Dream clicks off the stream, the sounds of labored breathing filling the room as he tried to stem the panic he was feeling.
