Badboyhalo was captivating. He was a ray of sunshine that drew attention everywhere he went. He was a bundle of joy and happiness that attracted people to him. He wears his heart on his sleeve, that boy can never hide his emotions. He had a personality that made everyone want to be his friend. But he was so, so naive and people loved to use that against him. He had been hurt time and time again. That's why Skeppy felt so protective over him.

During Highschool, Skeppy picked up a fascination with the unusual and paranormal. Other's would mock, and tease him for his obsession, but of course few people ever actually believed in the existence of the supernatural. Skeppy himself during college starts to realize how silly it all is, and begins to lose hope that maybe the vexes and magic he read so much about were never real. Halo is a demon by mistake from when he died, and after decades of never fulfilling his duties, and refusing to behave like a demon. He's chased, and in a race for his life he stumbles into the Overworld and straight into the human Skeppy. It was calming for him, no one to talk to, and get in trouble. He was a teachers pet, of course he was. Some cliche love story is waiting just for him. He only spoke with his friends, his family doesn't talk to him, at all. Skeppy is a loud kid, he was always loud, since preschool. He loved being the center of attention, even if he got sent to the principal's office, or out the classroom. When he wasn't so loud, he was with his girlfriends, but he kept breaking up with them. Who knew girls were so weird and mean? Skeppy should feel like he's calm when he's with bad. Obviously he is, but the nervous feeling in his stomach won't go away. Maybe being friendly would help. Apparently it makes someone like you even more. Skeppy will call dibs, no matter what this new kid says. Or what bads ex says.
