Mao Mao: Heroes of Pure Heart - Love & Lies
Mika Whiskers was looked down upon by her family (except for her mom, who died when she was young). She was abused both verbally and emotionally in her childhood causing her to eventually run away from home. After traveling for a while, and finding herself in the legendary kingdom of Pure Heart Valley, she meets Mao Mao, the sheriff of the town and his two companions, Badgerclops and Adorabat. She tells them she is a "traveler", afraid to tell them about her childhood abuse and that she ran away from home only a few days earlier. Mika becomes great friends with all of them quite quickly, and maybe even a little more than friends with Mao Mao...
