Malfoy Trials at the end of The Second Wizarding War

The first time was when we forced to consummate our marriage. It all started December 1st."
*The flash back starts*
Draco didn't want to go back to Hogwarts but, he was forced into going. That was till Dec 1st. Snape told him to pack his stuff and head home. His parents required him long term.
When Draco gets home, he arrives in front of Lord Voldmort himself. Lord Voldmort thought long and hard about how to punish the boy after his failure in 6th year. The Malfoy's were resilient and seemed to be handling crucio a little to well with their history of Occulmancy.
So when Lord Voldmort comes up with the perfect way to destroy they Malfoy's is to force them out of the Sacred 28. He has captured a mudblood named y/n. He then forces you the two of you get married or die. Then locks you in the east wing of the Mannor. But not till after he makes all the death eaters watch you consummate your marriage.
Draco whispers low so the others can't hear, "Shh, darling... Find solace in my eyes, and pretend like none of this is happening. I will keep both of us alive"
