Jamen is a rather quite girl. She's has lived her entire life in the Fire nation just like the other kids. She plays..laughs and studys like her friends. But nobody knew she was hiding a great secret. She's an airbender and her father is an air nomad himself. She has quite an inserting family that she loves. But sometimes you have to suffer for those you love. And what Jamen and her brother,Rohen suffered for theirs was quite alot.
Follow Jamen and her brother while they move into the royal palace and find out that they aren't the only air nomads left.

After that, her father left to fight in the Hundred Year War, along with all the other grown warriors, and Makki and her siblings were put under the care of their Gran Gran. I strained against her, desperate to get to father, who's screams could be heard from inside. My mother forced me to stay put as she ran back to the house to help father. Neither of them came back. My brother and I hid in the forest next to our house as the guards came out of the burning house. He told me to stay hidden while he went to check things out and I didn't move until the house collapsed. My brother never returned.
