The Selvador House is one of the noble families that is both respected and feared. Luna being the heir to the house has yet to grasp on the basic understandings of magic, despite being bestowed with one of the most powerful elements known to the Empire. However, would it be safe to say that because she was not given any opportunity for her power to flourish, that it was what resulted in her poor understanding? Or the fact of manipulations and the dark arts in her household that is what's affecting her?
The night of an unexpected visit to her bedroom would mark the beginning of her journey to discover the truth, hidden under thick enchantments and deception, where they are stashed away under the scrutinizing sun, away from the public eyes.
She will soon find the price for the truth to be too demanding, and that is when a choice has to be made. The question remains: Is Justice more important than Moral Judgment?

This is one of the stories I've been working on over the past month, but I feel that it doesn't really connect together nor make any sense to be really 'published'. Hence, the plot has failed to materialize and a reminder that there will be many plot holes along the way. However, I've spent quite some time on it to completely disregard it, so, I'm releasing it while I work on my more fluid, coherent and understandable story.
That being said, give it a read if it piques your interest!

"But I don't have magic. That's why my parents sent me here. I'm powerless. I'm ordinary." ~*~*~ Imagine growing up in a world full of magic, being able to cast spells left and right, making your deepest desires come true. It sounds amazing, doesn't it? Like a fantasy, a dream come true. I hate to break it to you but that's unrealistic, untrue. The real world just isn't like that, for most people that is. There's the lucky few who are a part of that community, that live joyously in the magical realm, surrounded by magic every waking moment. That sounds fantastic, doesn't it? A living fairytale you could say. For most, yes. Then there's Luna. Luna, despite being involved in the magical realm, never belonged. She didn't have powers so was treated as an outcast, rejected by everyone including her own family. They shunned her and soon banished her from not just their home but the whole magical realm. Now she lives in the human world, going about her everyday life like an average person. She's left her previous life behind and that's just how she likes it. Unfortunately for her, you can't escape your past forever. No matter how much she protests, magic will always be a part of her life, hiding in the shadows, undetected but still there. All she wants to do is complete her final year of school without so many 'unusual' complications. As you're most likely aware, life never goes according to plan. Magic has always been a problem in her life and now it's back to haunt her. All that needs to be said is that she's not pleased. Can't the world just accept that she's ordinary? No, it can't. ~*~*~ *contains mature language*

Can she survive as the new Queen of the supernatural kingdom, especially when there are threats on her life from the rogues? Or will she take the offer of the Most powerful Alpha, who claims to be her mate, to help her defend the kingdom? But she needs to give her heart to him in exchange. Which is very hard for her to do since she said he's not her mate. Would she give it to him for the kingdom's protection, or would she deny it and take the risk of protecting them by her own? Or maybe do something she knows she can, but she doesn't want to do it for she's still in denial and she doesn't want to admit it. She's just the Badass Moon Queen after all. She can do anything. But it's all up to her. On whether she'll have the courage to take risks, or let the battle of her mind and heart dictate the path of the lives of everyone. ------------ Sorry in advance for the errors! ✌ Former title: The Badass Luna. *changed due to having the same title with another werewolf story* © 2016. Follow our resident mage (a magical person) Claire Dunsworth who becomes a NYC Mage Detective and her new partner the rugged Detective Raven Black as they investigate crimes of a magical nature. She is an orphan and grew up in a Home for Magical Children on Mage Island, floating in the middle of the Pacific. Under constant watch and scrutiny from the Guild, Claire now finds herself working side by side with a Black, the very family that was breed to become mage assassins, killing thousands of her people. The fact that the Black is also a handsome man does not help Claire's case at all. Raven has nothing to do with his family and yet is hostile to Claire upon finding out she's a mage. He worked as a detective to make sure everyone had equal justice but when he got his new partner Claire his world is thrown upside down. Not only is she a mage whom he silently despises but she's also the most beautiful woman he's ever laid eyes on. As they work together and find a rocky truce between themselves they travel the city solving crimes with a magical association. Raven accepts Claire without cause while Claire lays her life down for the man who stole her heart. As they fall for one another a dark figure lerks in the shadows, plotting something sinister for our mage Claire. Could this dark figure perhaps have something to do with Claire's unclear past? Can Raven, a Black, somehow save this woman before she's taken from him forever?

Violet was happy, in love, and had a successful career. She was even hoping to start her own family with her beloved husband. However, all of those dreams are crushed when she comes home to find her husband brutally murdered. Things only get worse as the killer has to clean up their mess and can't just leave Violet as a witness to their crime. Things only get crazier as Violet finds herself reincarnated into another world full of monsters and magic. Only, Violet isn't a powerful adventurer or a talented craftsman. Instead, she finds herself in charge of her own dungeon where she must summon monsters and plan traps to bring the adventurers to their knees. Violet just wants to mourn her lost love and enjoy some peaceful scenery. However, cute slimes and playful pixies aren't usually what one would expect when traversing a dungeon full of traps with death waiting around every corner. Can Violet make peace with her bitter end? Can the cute and seemingly harmless monsters that roam her dungeon protect her? Read on to find out! ---------- This is meant to be a companion story to my "The Dangerously Cute Dungeon" series. However, I plan to write it in such a way that it can also be read by itself. The chapters will be very short at roughly 500 - 1,000 words each and they will only feature Violet's POV written as a diary entry. Please note that while there will be descriptions of the dungeon, there will be no system prompts. The point is to describe the character's feelings and journey as a dungeon master in another world rather than having LitRPG elements.
Red Moon Princess by lunerloverrrrr

In a world where every royalty child is born with magical powers, depending on its kingdom, unexpected thing occur as a powerless princess is born in the ruling dynasty. The Sirius Bloodline of the moonlands or as one would like to call it 'Lunalurse'. Time passes and Maria soon turns seven and still doesn't awaken her gift. The King and his Queen find it odd as a royalty child mostly awakens their gift between the ages of 4 and 6. So they strive to seek answers, some deep inside the lunar palace, and some across the realms making long-life friends throughout the way. Would the powerless princess awaken her gift? And if she does what would it mean for her, the realms and everyone else? And what if her long-awaited gift is something no one has seen coming, not even her? And what if this power of hers releases unknown and unwanted guests some the world would have been a better place without and what if she's all to blame? And what if whilst performing her duty of protecting the realms, she becomes aware of the feelings her best friend Ashton harbors for her, knowing her cousin has taken a liking to him for years? Rowan realizes he has fallen in love with her cousin, as well as Zephyr who has fallen for Maria. She finds herself in a turmoil of longing and raw emotions where she has to choose between love or performing her duty. Read it all as it takes place right before your eyes. It's never too late to hop onto the track of fantasies "I might be the princess of the moon, but I can also be the bringer of your doom." ----- All the characters, kingdoms, names, and places are my ideas. Any resemblance to real ones is purely coincidental. The story contains some violence and some explicit scenes of gore, but nothing too bloody or disgusting. Keep in mind, that this is the first book I've ever written, and English isn't my first language. Any mistakes or twists of words are unintentional. I'd do better than this in the future so 🐻 with me.
