Deku now needs to get adjusted to his new body, and figure out how to return back to his original body. Will he ever return to normal? Will he form new relationships in his current body? This is an au where Midoriya is born a biological Female but turns out t r a n s in this au Dekus father is unsupportive and he is his guardian, instead of Inko. His whole life Deku questions his gender and eventually comes to the conclusion that he is a guy. So he changes his name from Izumi to Izuku, at least thats what he tells his friends his name is, his father refuses to use his name and constantly dead names him.
