"Data Extortion" - Classroom of the Elite

In the distant future, the Japanese government has established the Tokyo Metropolitan Advanced Nurturing School, dedicated to instructing and fostering the generation of people that will support the country in the future. The school gives students free rein in order to make them independent and ready to lead Japan.
Follow the story of Leon Walker, a kid coming from a rich and wealthy background. He had initially planned to attend an ordinary high school in San Francisco, and then get a degree in computer science at the USF (University of San Francisco), but once his parents discovered that he was a freelance hacker just like his older brother, they had other plans and expectations of him.
"If you can prove to us...prove to us that you and your brother's hopeless dream is worth something, then we won't stand in your way. That's why we're sending you to this school. I and your mother hope that you can either realize that what you're doing will get you nowhere, or you can make other people realize that you've outclassed them. That...is what it means to be a part of this family."
And so, that is what he shall do. Face new challenges, new foes, new friends. To become the successor of his older brother, a hacker and "LulzSec" member - Retr0.
(NOTE! The hacking in this story will not be 100% realistic for entertainment and story purposes. That being said, it'll have SOME amount of realism to it.
