Mara is an Octoling grow up in Octo Canyon. She has been taught to hate Inklings and kill them (or capture them) on sight. After helping steal the "Great" Zapfish and kidnap Callie, Mara is approved to help fight the inkling and take them down once and for all. But once she starts she realizes how terrible the thing she is doing are. After getting her act together she go and try's to help the Inklings. Only a few believe and the rest... they try to kill her. On the verge of being caught she has to act fast.
