"You- you're the banished prince." I breathed, my heart pounding. What was I doing on this ship? Why was he here? I needed to get out of here right now. The stories about him were endless; rumours, legends, about broken prince, a disgrace. He was an urban myth, and he was the Fire Lord's son. And he was standing right in front of me.

I've read quite a few fanfic stories out there and this one isn't very good in comparison, but I'll post it for others who might find it entertaining--it was certainly entertaining to write. Kaz had always known she had two talents: firebending and getting caught up in her own reckless decisions. Probably that's why she ended up as a fugitive of the Fire Nation and part of a secret society. As long as she got to see the world it couldn't be too bad right? "They really hate me huh?" The Avatar looked back at her sheepishly. "Maybe hate is too strong of a word, they just have to get used to you. In any case I'm your friend now so you can lighten up!" Fire Lord Ozai discovered her Air Nomad origins and he imprisoned her for three years. She got to meet the royal family before it was broken. When she managed to escape she ran away to the Water Tribes. She had been there ever since, protecting the defenseless people from the ruthless Fire benders as well as her bending. A new Air Bender appears, and it didn't take long when a Fire Navy ship arrived the deserted icy lands of the South. She will once again become the Fire Nation's prisoner but this time, in Prince Zuko's ship and things will never get back to normal. ~~~~~ I do not own the Avatar: The Last Airbender I only own the new character and some changes in the plot.
