It is important to schedule some downtime between sessions, no matter how much you study, it is important that you schedule it for a long-term type of learning unit.

It is up to you to choose the right place and time and to focus on these types of study units in the long term. No matter what you do, plan a period of downtime during your studies, not only during the study period, but also afterwards.
