Every year, there is an event called "The Games". 10 gangs can enter for a fight to death- with a grand reward of a ticket to the upper class. Only 1 gang can win. Only 1 will have the glory. Only 1 will have their life changed. Ex- best friends, Kim Yongsun and Moon Byulyi lead different gangs to try to survive in this harsh world.
