The date is Wednesday January 5th, 2022 at 10: 32pm. Today is Valerie's birthday, she just turned 19.
Her and her brother, Mason, were in their two story house, sitting on the couch and watching their favorite movie while waiting for their aunt and uncle to come back from picking up their take out. It's been 2 hours since they left when Valerie and Mason heard a gunshot very close to the door of their house.
It made them jump and let out a scream- everything was eerily quiet after that and Mason cautiously stood up and grabbed his sister's shaking hand while pushing her behind him. They took slow steps backwards, away from the front door, until they were in the hallway that connected to the living room, the movie still playing in the background but was now long forgotten.
Mason turned to tell his sister to go upstairs but as soon as he begun to even fix his lips to speak, a heart wrenching, soul-lynching scream ripped through their house from directly outside the door and echoed through their bodies and when the front door was broken down in an instant and in came seven masked figures, Mason knew he'd have to protect his sister no matter what the cost.

Sixteen year old, Bella Harken, has knowingly taken one of the hardest jobs she's ever had, or ever WILL have. She is the nanny for the dreaded Sweeny siblings. There are four of them. Owen (17), Eli (15), Danny (10), and Lucy (3). Despite the protests of her over-protective siblings (she's the ninth member of the dozen Harken "siblings"), she decides to live up to the challenge. She's never backed away from a challenge before, so why start now? Even if it means "babysitting" a boy that she's known since she was six. The Sweeny brothers, will do ANYTHING to get rid of Bella for good, so that their mother will FINALLY remember that they exist. Besides, battling Bella in the game of wits and pranks has been far more fun than they'll ever let her know. After a year, they still have not come to terms with the fact that she's there to stay. When one normal seeming weekend, begins to slide downhill at a rapid pace, Bella's rocky, mysterious past begins to haunt her, and the rest of her town. Will the Sweenys and the Harkens finally rebuild the bridge that had been torn down in an equally as mysterious strife, or will they revert back to the hatred and loathing they've known for so long? How will one weekend change the lives of these average teenagers forever? *~*~* A/N: I wrote this story as a challenge for myself in December of 2011, I wanted to complete it before the new year. Brianna and her best friend, Aubrey, were walking home from a football match when suddenly two men came out from the bushes with masks. Aubrey was paralyzed with fright but Brianna was completely calm. "Look what we've got here." the tall and muscular man said. Brianna could see the gun which was visibly showing on his side. "This can go the easy way, or the hard way." the other said and Aubrey let out a whimper. Brianna dropped her bag and then addressed the idiots who stood in front of her. They were taken aback by her demeanor as any other person in a situation like this would be in fright, like Aubrey who was too scared to even blink her eye. "No, you listen. This can go the easy way and we won't call the police or the hard way, with you being in a prison cell with a ton of gay men." she said boldly. Brianna suddenly received a hard slap to her face which caused her to stumble and see black spots and two guns now pointed at them. Aubrey let out a scream which was quickly muffled by the other man, who seemed younger than the one who had hit Brianna. Brianna's face was red now, but not from the slap, rather from the anger which was building up from the fact that these amateur men were about to either rob or kidnap them. Rhea was unable to focus on anything around her but the lady. The lady was saying something but for Rhea it felt like some random lips movement. She was scared out of her wits. Then suddenly everything went dead silent. The lady vanished. The whispers and the wind stopped. But then Rhea saw light imprints of blood on the glass door under the dusty layer. ************************************ This book basically contains short horror stories of my own imagination. Now on January 18, 2017, history repeats itself as teenagers die inside of the house, one by one within minutes. With Seth injured by the car crash the night before and Blythe was left all alone and surrounded by two people who had a motive to kill Blythe as a retaliation for the recent events since 2 months ago, how would this "horrifying fight for your life" situation came to an end with so many lives lost? I'm evil, wicked, I'm the devil, I rob banks, innocent people, I derive joy from people's pain and fear, I get wealth by doing dare devil jobs-" I cut myself in, not wanting to leak too much info. ((This is targeted to people 16+)) The smell of blood was overwhelming. The scent of the short teen used to have was gone, replaced with the putrid smell of death and rot that covered the whole room and the killer himself. Blood smudged all over the teen and onto the older man as he attempted to escape. He got hungry and tired. He just wanted to eat and then sleep. He was preparing the girl, cutting her body apart and tearing the flesh off the bones, which is why the room was such a mess with her blood. Now, he had the boy in his hands. The hunger overtook him. The sharp pain of large "canine" teeth being plunged into his neck made Cameron scream. It was cut short, his whole body freezing up as the crazy man sunk his large fangs into his neck, ripping a large chunk of the boy's flesh in between his teeth. The pain only got worse when he felt the killer tug harshly, pulling his flesh out... ----- A gang of delinquents becomes lost in a forest, pursued by a frightening masked figure. He hunts them down individually, resembling a stalking wolf, wielding a crude knife fashioned from animal bones. As they struggle to survive, the teens also grapple with the harsh environment that challenges them.
