A figure levitated in front the destroyed Ferris wheel holding two yellow energy balls in his palms. The first thing I noticed was his cape, gold on the inside but white on the outside. His white spandex suit with a gold lightning belt around his waist and golden gloves were the next thing I saw.

"My usual, giving you and the other heroes hell." He joked, charging up an energy ball.

"I'm gonna drag you straight to jail Voltage!" Quick-Speed shouted; blasting off full speed towards Voltage.

"Not!...If you can catch me first."
