None of them had expected to be famous, it simply wasn't in the plan. Then again none of them expected to be well into their twenties and still soulmateless, so it wasn't like they were psychic. Sometimes they wished the world would slow down around them, but they found it just didn't really work like that.
Jae already has her soulmate. Well, she isn't technically old enough to have one, but it's obvious that her boyfriend will be once she's old enough.
