Every living kingdom has servants. Bold, wise or cowardly, they are still servants to the High King. Every High King is still human, bound by overwhelming emotions- fear, depression, or selfishness. Many either feared the power of the High King, or despised them. 

This is Fertalia of year 763, where Kings, Queens, Wizards, Dragoneers, and Downfallers exists. There can only be one King, as well as one Queen, for each country. Fertalia has always been a peaceful country, where dragons were tamed and beasts were killed.

However, the previous King has passed away, due to a virus that was spreading all over Fertalia. Many started dying due to the unknown virus. A King that was gone, had to be replaced.

And every replaced King was always despised by the Downfallers until the King proved himself.

Akashi didn't like that. Akashi's orders has always been absolute, and anyone that dared to defy him, will be obliterated.

It was the year 764, everything changed.
