That’s Emblem 3, a “not a boyband” group of guys who audition for the X-factor USA and are rocketed into super stardom and the most popular kids in school. 
Wesley Stromberg, the elder of the brothers is just a surfer dude with a bad rep and a guitar, girls fall over each other to get to him. 
But in high school, it’s not all about the popular kids. 
In between the ‘geeks’ and ‘hotties’ are those who go unmentioned. 
That’s Scout Taylors, an invisible kid of Huntingdon Beach High School.
What happens when Wesley takes an unusual interest in her?
