For America, he tries so hard to convince Russia that he is good but Russia's father told lies to him and his siblings that America is nothing but a selfish pig and no good. Even though, Ame forgave Soviet for what he did to him all those years ago. Russia trust his father's word, because he loves his family and believes that America is just a capitalist pig, who just want money from everyone

While for Poland, it's somewhat the same, cause Poland does hate the Second Reich and the Third Reich, but not Germany. Germany was told by this family that Poland depises his family with every bone in her body, told that Poland is his true enemy, betraying his family, and making Poland sound like the villian. That is why Germany thinks that Poland hate him and will try to kill him. But Germany doesn't know the whole truth.
