But holy damn did this one monster tick you off to the point where snapping back for yourself was the completely wrong answer.

Now, stuck in a wheelchair and being numb from the small of your back downward was anything but humiliating.
Being babied from everyone had really gotten you fed up.
You absolutely HATED being looked down upon as weak, was it really because your a fragile human and getting hurt was the only thing that a human can do Successfully?

( Kris will be addressed as He/Him in this story. though he does identify as nonbinary, I find myself comfortable writing Kris with a gender.
