She'd always been a heartthrob. From receiving candy in pre-school, to receiving notes in elementary, to being taken out on dates in high school. She had them wrapped around her finger.

He heard she was a player, so he dared her to play a game.
They'd make everyone believe they were a couple.
They'd hold hands and walk around together.
They'd sweet talk and call each other nicknames.
They'd go on dates, talk all night long, never get enough of each other, kiss and cuddle.
And whoever fell in love first would lose.

He began to feel more than the dare required, and so did she.
