Charlotte's the daughter of France's own Chloe Bourgeois. She's a filthy rich, unspoiled brat, just like her mother! One day she gets chosen to be the next miraculous holder. Cool right? No. If it were so cool, why would she give up her miraculous?
Now, Emma is Adrien and Marinette's daughter. After losing a parent, Emma couldn't care less about the world. She broke ties with any of her old friends and distanced herself. The only people she'd talk to willingly would be her family. But one day she finds the Cat miraculous. That day she could have a new start with someone, a new friend. This experience was so freeing that she killed someone! Wait.. what?

Speaking of MLB, I'm glad to be back. After the dark and emotionally devastating Season 4 finale, Cat Noir's Perfect Payback, plus two specials I wrote afterwards, I took a long break from writing. I needed to refuel my energy when I come back. Anyway, I'm happy to return back once again to deliver you more MLB content. Taking place right after Perfect Payback, LB and CN need to get their partnership back to normal. They decided to leave Paris for a day or so to go to Brazil. In order for them to connect in a nice tropical paradise. Once there, they encounter Lady Butterfly, a butterfly superhero who holds the most powerful miraculous in The Brazilian Box. A Little Bit of Bad Luck
In this AU, Félix and Marinette's characters are based on the ones from the Miraculous anime PV that was never made (extra explanation of MCs in prologue). Additionally, there is a focus of side characters such as Gabriel, Nathalie, and Chloé (all these characters are based on the canon cartoon). This story takes place in the world of the cartoon but I have added some elements of the anime and my own spin on things. It's mostly plot and romance with occasional action. Marinette moves to Gotham when Bunnix warns that Lila will ruin her life if she stays in Paris, giving Hawk Moth the chance manipulate Marinette's emotions and akumatize her. But Marinette won't let that happen. She wins the Wayne Foundation full-ride scholarship for Gotham Academy and moves into an apartment in an area called Crime Alley. It's not going to be easy to hide her powers, and excuse herself during the middle of classes to take care of akuma attacks back in Paris, but she's sure that somehow she'll be able to manage it.
