Or Deku can see the spirits of the now dead one for all user's, and no one else can.

The hero courses are met with another day for hero studies, but this one is different. Both class A and B would be heading to a training camp that they would train there quirks to boots them to their max. During a late night, class 1-B ghost girl, Reiko Yanagi, went out for a stroll to relax herself from the others. As she does, she doesn't expect to see a lonely cinnamon roll sitting on the ledge looking over the forest. After just seeing the boy, she steps on a twig giving her position away. But when the boy turns to face the girl, she is shocked at what she had seen from the boy.
