Moon is a young and beautiful loving wife. She has everything, a home, a husband, a cat, and a job. She has been married for 4 years now. She now wants to settle in for a family.

One day, her dreams and hope are taken away from her. She finds out that her husband was a victim of a hit and run car accident. He instantly dies when he is taken to the hospital.

Huang Zitao has been having heart problems and has a high chance of having a fatal stroke. He's been on the waiting list for weeks and now finally he will receive Moon's died husband's heart.
