"Isn't it funny? I'm named the Cuckoo, but I'm caged inside." 

She fiddled with his keyboard. The letter 'J' popped up, forming an orderly line of his name, but he remained silent. "I'm his little decoration in his great big machine."

Cuckoo was a fantasy. Out of reach, free from grasp and an alluring mystery. 

However, in truth, rather than a fantasy, she endured more authenticity; rather than free, she was imprisoned and restrained; rather than a mystery, she was hidden from prying eyes. 

She couldn't continue to live like that. 

And so she decided she wouldn't.
