Chris Cerulli is a notorious gang member and drug dealer who isn't a afraid to paint the walls with blood. He runs half the city of Crisly and is very protective of his turf. He's a cold hearted rogue who doesn't give a fuck about anyone out side of his circle of friends and his gang. Chris wants nothing to change because he loves his infamous rank.
