Half a year after being thrown into Nurmengard Prison, just a few days before Christmas, Gellert Grindelwald wrote a Christmas Card. One last letter to his lover.
However, the letter had to go through the prison guards, the Austrian Ministry of Magic, getting checked for anything suspicious, then sent all the way to Britain, where it had to go through the British Ministry of Magic to get checked for curses once again, then it was passed through numerous Ministry workers, until it finally landed in the hand of Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore.
The catch? It's been 50 years and Gellert has long died in prison.

COMPLETED- Theseus Scamander. Everybody knows him. The war hero, the head auror. If you haven't met him, you certainly have heard the grand stories of a courageous hero. But for y/n, she knew of him a different way... Theseus Scamander was the reason y/n ended up in a frigid interrogation room looking at 3 years in Azkaban. The reader has a choice: Either be sent to Azkaban for three years or assist a team of uptight aurors in finding Grindelwald. And of course, Azkaban wasn't looking the greatest. As they solve incredible mysteries and accidentally start danger-filled adventures, the reader and Theseus embark on a wild hunt for Grindelwald and his followers that leads from their begrudging partnership to eventual friendship, and maybe even (definitely) something more. Theseus Scamander is the Auror called onto the scene when he discovers that the woman is an old classmate of his, Tyne Ayers. Her skin is marked with scars and burns and yet, she refuses to speak, and the only indicator they have towards any answers, is the coat of a seal lying at her feet. Knowing the ways of the Selkie, Theseus collects her coat and by doing so, Tyne is bound to follow him. She is placed under his care, however, Theseus takes it upon himself to call upon his younger brother for help. Newt Scamander has never been known for his communication skills, but under the circumstances, Theseus believes his brother is the best person for the job. However, the timing couldn't be worse, as the events surrounding Grindelwald drama continue to unfold, roping both brothers in.
