"I don't want to be what everyone else wants me to be. . ." I breathed while looking out across the camp.
He looked out to the camp once again and sighed heavily, "The world, the gods, and people are. . . tricky things. My brother wants to be king but I - I just want to live and be happy." He lifted his head. I turned to face him as he placed his hand under my chin, "I just want to love."

King Ragnar Lothbrok nears death as those around him seek his leadership. The son, the Queen, and the King. The Bear betrays the Raven and the King hides away. The merciful falls yet again deeply in love.

The Game of Predators and Prey

16 parts Complete Mature

Ivar the Boneless. A name that brought fear to anyone who heard it. He was ruthless and cruel, lacked any sort of empathy. But a strong hearted, stubborn new girl was determined to not just be his wife that would bear him sons. No, she was determined to challenge him, prove to himself there was more then just power and hate. Would she be able to show him what love meant? Or would she crack under the pressure? Melti wanted nothing more then to go home. After promises were made between her father and Ivar the Boneless. She was stuck in Kattegat, with no friends or family. She did not wish to be another pawn to Ivar's plan but slowly the trauma and stories behind Ivar's past started to make sense to why he was the way he was. Even sharing her childhood stories with him, making there bond stronger. But he was playing a game of cat and mouse with her. Was everything he said true? Or was it all part of his sick game? I do not own the Viking plot/characters. Or the images used. Credit to the show. As the ideas and OC's were only my creation
