(Shinkami) study date

When 1-A gets the dorms, kaminari denki is unable to be tutored until the new kid, hitoshI shinso. When the study sessions turn into study dates, hitoshi's parents (mic,iazawa) start to notice a change in his attitude and way to look of life. After Aizawai restricting shinso in not dating loud blondes he finally starts to see why that rule may be broken.
