"Are you not tired of playing with me?" Luna whispered. The arms curling around her waist, pulling her into a warm yet overpowering embrace, forced her to stop struggling. In front of that formidable man, she was always helpless. "Tired of you?" The deep, resonant voice murmured against her ear, sending her heart into hyperdrive. There was a hint of humour in his tone, as if she had asked something absurd. "Little girl, I haven't even started with you yet." One year ago, Luna made a huge mistake-offending a tyrant whose name chilled countless hearts: Damian Blackwell. He crafted the perfect revenge to satisfy his dark desires. Everything went exactly as he planned until something unexpected happened-he began feeling something for her. His chest tightened whenever he saw her cry. He wanted to hold her, comfort her, erase all her pain. Obsession-that was the only word he allowed himself to use. He did everything to keep her close, clinging to excuses to justify the emotions she awakened in him. Luna hated him for stealing her freedom, for turning her into nothing more than his possession. As confusing new feelings grew between them, would Damian ever realise what he felt was more than obsession? And could Luna ever forgive him for the things he had done? Just when things began to settle, Luna's childhood sweetheart suddenly reappeared, shattering what little stability she had left. Watching her laugh and chat with another man, something dark flickered in Damian's eyes. A violent desire to destroy everything rose inside him. "Luna, you have no idea what you do to me, do you?" Warning: Dark romance. Expect heartbreak, intensity, and mature content in later chapters.
