Yasmin Agarwal had no hope left

Imagine falling for a boy once and almost dying because of your unrequited feelings. And when you just barely manage to get over him and survive unscathed, still friends, he puts the light back in your life again. But with light comes shadow, and in light, flowers grow.

When Yasmin made the mistake to let Neel get in her heart again, she was plagued by the Hanahaki disease for the second time in her life. However, maybe it's because she got it from the same person again, or maybe because she'd try to convince herself it wasn't back, for so long; this time the flowers were here to stay, and they were growing faster than ever.

Now, at 15, Yasmin didn't have the 5-6 years to survive that she had back in 7th grade when she was diagnosed with this for the first time, but instead 2 years at most.
