When Ruby runs away from home she is brought back by her older sister who then turns her over to their parents. Deciding it would be best to get her act together, they send her to a school for others just like her, the Salvatore School.

Ruby is sent to this school along with her two best friends, Ayame, who is a witch, and Hugo, who is a werewolf.

The three of them enter the school expecting their year to fly by and for them to go back to how they used to be. But when Ruby runs into a certain tribrid, she falls head over heels and swears she'll make the girl hers.

With ex-girlfriends, new friends, enemies, and pixie dust, there is no easy way to make this happen. Ruby will have to go about it the hard way, through the process of blood, sweat, and tears.

Follow Ruby and her two friends as they navigate their way through their first year at the Salvatore School. Fighting for friendship, love, and happiness these three students will stay anything but the angelic ways their parents hoped they would.
