When Helena Kyle, a young woman who claims to be the daughter of two rich Italian art enthusiasts, mysteriously shows up in Gotham City, nobody questions her. Nobody except Police Commissioner Jim Gordon and young vigilante, John Blake, a.k.a. Nightwing. Her voice seems familiar and her name reminds the men of a time long past.
Their suspicions are only strengthened when a woman in a black catsuit starts beating up criminals and fighting injustice. Not only does she bear a striking resemblance to the Cat, a notorious thief credited with helping the Batman save the city almost 17 years ago, but she wears the symbol of the Bat. Both Gordon and Blake knew the Batman and now they, alongside many allies, must find the Huntress.
