She was the omega of her pack. Her parents (the previous alpha and Luna) were killed by werewolf hunters when she was only 2 days old. They hadn't even named her yet. So the pack called her Baby, and it stuck.

Her mother and father had no other family, so the next alpha was the beta (her father's best friend). When the beta passed away his son, Kyle, became alpha. 

Kyle has always been envious of Baby, when she found her mate she was supposed to either start a new pack with her mate as alpha and Luna or take the title from Kyle and stay in her current pack.

Alpha Kyle couldn't have that... so he made her the pack punching bag. She was the lowest ranking member of the pack.

The trauma caused her to age regress. She is 18 years old with the mentality of a child.
