Trouble in the pack arises when both Alphas disappear, leaving a resentful firstborn and a
conflicted young girl chosen to be the next Alpha. Years later, the teenage werewolf struggles to
balance her responsibilities as a high school student with the overbearing burden of preparing
for her pack role as a wolf. Forced to walk alone behind a fragile line, the Alpha-to-be is trapped
under the expectations of her own kind. With a manipulative brother, a disappointed pack, and a
neverending list of failures, it is no surprise she is unable to control her wolf's emotions.

Used to the confusion of her past and pain of being targeted, submission comes easily to the
defenseless teenager. Fear was all she understood, isolation being no different in her eyes.
Carrying the weight of two separate beginnings, the clueless girl walks down an invisible road
that seemed to never end. Contrasting pieces of memories resurface, pulling her in opposite
directions as two stories clash within one mind.

When events place them face-to-face, a single path leads ahead. Each must make a choice for
themselves. For an Alpha: chasing her newfound freedom or losing herself. For an innocent:
moving forward or falling into the spiral of the past.
