The series is originated from the Chinese mythology Yin and Yang. The main character Hong Wen Sheng is the son of the Hong Clan Patriarch and his first wife Madam Chen Ren. He has a pet bunny with red eyes,white fur and black booted paws. It can be expected that he is the reincarnation of Yin or Mistress Yin.
The other main character or main lead is An Chang of the An Royal Clan. He is brother to the present An Clan Patriarch and holds the position of First Rank General in An State leading the imperial and 1st Rank army troops. An Chang is the reincarnation of Yang or Lord Yang.
