Jang-mi is a loyal handmaiden to Princess Yona of Kouka Kingdom. However, when the royal family is betrayed from within, she barely manages to escape with the Princess and her bodyguard, Hak. 

On their travels, both the Princess and Jang-mi are told that they have parts to play in a prophecy where they must assemble four legendary dragon warriors. 

For what purpose? That is to be decided by them. 

"Is it true...? That dragon's mate... for eternity?"

A fateful promise made over a century ago will finally come to pass. However... will destiny's cruel threads lead to history repeating itself? What fate awaits the Seiryuu and his reborn beloved?
