On his final night at Freddy's, Sam Collins (jokingly dubbed "Phone Guy" by his coworkers) makes a strange discovery...and a fatal mistake. After making a promise to the Puppet to give the children their Happiest Day, he was given a second chance at life.
Thirty years later, a team of people put together Fazbear's Fright: The Horror Attraction, based off of the many rumors and urban legends based around Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. Among them is an uncomfortably laid back boss, his friend, and a former night watchman. Now, it seems that it's up to them to put everybody's souls at peace.
(Inspired by the super old "Phone Guy is Purple Guy" theory. However, they are still separate people in this story.)
