Denki kaminari known as Black Electric a very well known villain. no one knows why he became a villain or who he works for but he works with no one but is friends with the L.O.V but he doesn't help them unless there in deep shit. what happened when he tries to help the L.O.V an hes insane shock which he can't help and he gets caught along with shigaraki?
