In this world every person is half creature so the phoenix are Royaltiy as the todoroki Phoenixs have a very rare breed ice fire Phoenix but rarer Blue fire Phoenix which was the oldest son who ran away. there is only 5 red tail Hawks left as they are the second royal family. there was the blue dragons but the phoenixes killed them all except one which no one knows about.
