Hope's Peak Academy is supposed to be a sanctuary for the world's most exceptional students. But when Makoto Naegi arrives expecting opportunity, he finds his future sealed shut behind iron-plated windows and locked doors. Fifteen students awaken with him-each proudly bearing an "Ultimate" talent, each believing their potential has destiny written all over it.
