Yamaguchi and Terushima have known each for about a year now, but what happens when Yamaguchi develops the Hanahaki disease? In an attempt to stop the disease, Yamaguchi tries distancing himself from Terushima, but that only makes things worse. When Tsukishima decides that he's had enough, he begrudgingly reveals what's been going on with Yamaguchi to Terushima. Once Terushima realizes his feeling for Yamaguchi, is it too little, too late?
