It's not quite often when you will hear people complaining about wearing a face mask when out in the public. Some even question 'Why they should wear a face mask if they are not personally at risk due to COVID-19?' I assume this is the reason why I see so many people roaming outside without sporting a face mask. However, the governments of most countries have laid down strict rules on wearing face masks. In some places, if individuals are seen without wearing a mask they are being instantly fined a hefty amount.
