They decided to kill all of the species since males with the blood of the original can gave birth too. Seiran the younger son of the chief of the Maka Clan was the only one supposedly survived. He lived alone waiting to seek revenge by eliminating the group of humans and Youkai who bought up this idea. On the way he, when taking a bath an the descendent of the man who brought up the campaign for the death of the Maka, or Golden Swords (GS) and the current Shogun saw him bathing and fell in love. And when he returned he went to find the person. Later to persuade Seiran to come to his harem, he told him he would have a chance to assassinate him and all the other Youkai clans in allegiance. Later for peace negotiations the Fox Clan bought with them Seiran's little brother; Rei.
