The wizarding world is safe, the light side won, and Harry killed Voldemort. All the deatheatters have been caught and locked up in Azkaban waiting to receive the dementors Kiss. All except 3 supposed death eaters who had been secret spies for the light side and helped find and lock away all the rest of the actual deatheatters.
Hermione, Harry, and Ginny were depressed but surprisingly, three people helped them mend their broken hearts. And maybe just maybe they will all find love in the most unexpected ways with some of the most unexpected people.

P.S. Ron, Fred, George, Remus, Tonks, and Narcissa all died during the final battle, and Snape lived after an unexpected person pushed him out of the way, therefore saving his life.
Lucius and Draco never went to Azkaban, and neither did Snape as they were all considered war heros for the roles they were forced to play in the war as Spys.
