Ang tanging gusto lamang ni Airah ay ang maipagamot ang kanyang ama ngunit dahil nagkulang sa pera napilitan siyang magdonate ng dugo sa isang mayamang pasyenteng hindi niya kilala. Dahil sa pagkakamali ng isang doktor na kumukuha ng blood samples para sa mga apo ng mayamang pasyente, ang blood samples na galing kay Airah ang nakuha niya that turns out to be a blood related to this rich patient. At dito magsisimula ang pagbabagong bigla sa buhay ng isang mahirap na dalaga na bigla na lamang naging prinsesa dahil lamang sa pagkakamali ng isang doktor.
